How is my order sent?
For small order (less 500pcs oil paintings) we will suggest to use FEDEX TNT DHL or UPS. Goods are usually in transit for 3/4 days. All the Express companies have the benefit of on on-line tracking system via their website. This means that once your shipment has been collected we will inform you timely with the airway bill number, so that you can track where is your order shipment during transporting in a real time, the below are all websites of the all Express companies we are using:

How are paintings packed?
For the oil paintings on canvas only, they are rolled in stronger tube carefully, the oil paintings stretched or framed, they will be packed into canton boxes, plus the plywood around inside cartons in order to get the better protection during transporting.

Can you paint my portrait?
Yes we can - commissioned paintings are a specialty, be it a wedding photograph, familial photo, your horses, dogs, your buildings and cars and celebrations scene, those are your favorite photographs from your digital camera. To send the photograph to us by email or regular mail, we will evaluate the picture's complication level by our professional artists that is according to our standard quotation please contact us for further information.

What materials do you use?
Most of our art is reproduced using Winsor & Newton oils paints and normal linen canvas or nature texture linen canvas. If you have a special requirement about the canvas, please contact us .
